Everyone is easy to get along with
The salary is quite generous for Kaohsiung.
I waited three hours for the interview, and spent two hours listening to the CEO brag about her style, accomplishments, and achievements.
The CEO usually arrives at the company very late. If you leave early, you’ll be criticized; if you leave late, you’ll be accused of trying to claim overtime pay. She gets angry very easily, and when she does, she won’t listen to anything. She’s also extremely changeable—one moment she wants A, then B, and tomorrow she’ll switch to D. If you don’t cooperate, she’ll say your logic is strange.
When you give reports, she always talks with you about other topics, so you never get an answer. She really likes complaining to employees about other people and always thinks someone is trying to harm her. If you’re a former employee, congratulations—you’ll probably be talked about by her for an entire year. She thinks she’s the best boss and can’t understand why employees would resign. Once you join, it’s very difficult to leave. If you want to resign, run while you’ve been there for less than three months. She’ll tell other people in front of you that you’re excellent, but when you’re not around, she’ll say bad things about you.
It’s hard to put into words.
If you’re willing to bow down for a meager salary, the pay here is quite generous.
But I wish you good health and that everything goes well.
