Position applied for: PM in the Marketing Department
The HR interviewer was from Hong Kong and spoke extremely quickly. I could barely understand what was being said during the interview.
A certain well-known female industry executive and general manager with short hair interviewed me in her office.
The office door was wide open (with employees walking back and forth less than one meter outside).
While I was answering questions, she looked at me but also kept moving the mouse and occasionally looking at the computer.
At one point, an assistant came in to help her handle computer-related work (she said she was rushing to finish something).
It was extremely disrespectful to the interviewee.
According to a friend who had also worked there as a PM, the culture of working overtime is extremely serious.
Think twice before applying.
