中大冷凍材料股份有限公司
Pros

1. The colleagues in the office may have developed a revolutionary bond after more than 10 years together. If a newcomer is well-behaved, they will be very willing to unite and help train them.

2. The manager actively develops the market and has broad vision. Those who want to challenge themselves can give it a try and will learn a lot.

3. The company’s strategic direction is fairly sound. If you are willing to stay, it is a place where you can remain for a long time, so you do not really need to change jobs.

4. Salaries are adjusted steadily, and the company is willing to distribute bonuses. If you have the ability, the manager is willing to offer a higher salary.

Cons

1. The boss is rather traditional. New employees are required to arrive at the office 10 minutes early and clock out 15 minutes late.

2. The boss will occasionally observe you working from some corner. If you do not meet the standards, they may complain about your work performance in front of other colleagues. After being criticized several times, you may be placed on the boss’s blacklist.

3. The manager is a typical nonlinear thinker. Although highly innovative, they can make it difficult for others to keep up with their thoughts during communication. Employees need to organize the conversation in their heads and then confirm whether their understanding matches what the manager intended. Those without clear logical thinking and fluent communication skills should think twice before joining.

4. The interview is just a simple conversation with no test, so it is easy to get in but also easy to leave. The managers returned from studying in the United States, so after joining, if a manager decides that your spoken and written English do not meet the standard and you have no other irreplaceable strengths, you may easily be told “thanks, but no thanks” within three months.

5. On-site workers’ carelessness can easily cause trouble for international trade staff. Those without a spirit of inspection and of tracing issues to their root causes should think twice before joining.

6. There are too many different products to sell and too many customers to handle. Those with poor memory or slow reactions should think twice before joining.

7. It is a responsibility-based work system with no overtime pay.
