You don't have to clock in for work
There is no overtime pay, even when you work overtime
They are only willing to pay a tiny salary, while expecting you to do a huge amount of work
It often happens that you are required to do things that are fundamentally outside the responsibilities of your position, using all kinds of reasons and excuses to insist that you carry them out
One person is expected to take on multiple roles. If this company could pay you only the minimum wage, it would definitely do so, but the amount of work you may be expected to handle could be beyond your imagination. This is a company that is exceptionally good at painting grand visions—in fact, it goes so far that they are not called goals (which might be achievable), but dreams (which cannot be realized). You could even describe it as daydreaming. To anyone considering joining, I strongly advise you not to let the sweet talk of the manager, the boss, or anyone else blind you.
