Moreover, the interview process is very chaotic, and there are hardly any benefits to speak of. As for the position the interviewing manager is hiring for, don't hold out too much hope either. This is a family-run company, and there is no such thing as professional management; the boss has the final say... I really wonder how this company has managed to survive for more than 20 years! The exhibitions never change. Last year's version is simply copied and pasted! I feel that whenever there are fewer exhibitions or the year-end arrives, it's time for the boss to lay people off!
