There are occasional company dinners.
Most employees are easy to get along with.
The Taiwan branch of the American company The Joy Factory. I feel that calling it a sweatshop in Chinese would be more accurate. The management department is committed to turning the company into an even more exploitative workplace. We work overtime every day, and there is no such thing as overtime pay. Since there is no company vehicle, employees also have to use their own cars to make deliveries.
I strongly recommend recording anything related to your own interests. This company has no system whatsoever regarding salary and benefits; things they promise to provide often change, so you absolutely must protect your own rights and interests. Otherwise, you may only discover after a year that you have been working hard for little gain and repeatedly taking unfair losses.
If you want to learn new things and develop your perseverance, this company is an excellent place, because when it comes to making demands of employees, the company does not show you any mercy. It is common to quietly work overtime on weekends because the work cannot be finished, but the salary is definitely not enough for someone from out of town to live on.
I advise everyone not to try it lightly.
