Pros

The only advantage is probably that when the teacher is not at the company or is traveling abroad, everyone can relax and chat a little more.

Cons

The company has a surveillance system, and Teacher Lin monitors it from home or on her phone, so there is very little freedom.

Extremely stingy—even the switches on extension cords have to be turned off after use. For the Lunar New Year bonus, she dismissed everyone with only a few thousand dollars.

They purchase cheap goods in bulk from mainland China, including a supposedly lucky wallet priced at 2,000. It is not technically wrong to call it genuine leather, but it is the lowest-grade, third-layer leather. Some other products are slightly assembled or have her own talisman added, then sold at high prices. The return rate is extremely high; most customers simply consider themselves unlucky after being deceived because returning the items is too much trouble. We often have to take calls from people complaining about this.

All day long on Facebook or YouTube, she livestreams alarmist and fake-mystical content to trick believers into spending money. Working in such a negative environment cannot possibly bring good luck.

The boss's mood directly affects the employees. She shouts in the office, and people on all the other floors can hear it. Even she must feel embarrassed.

The boss has a great many lawsuits and often makes things up recklessly, saying whatever comes to mind. She is frequently mocked by people on YouTube.

The boss is named Lin Haiyang (originally Lin Zhenyi; this is also a stage name—her real name is Lin Hailing). She wanted to benefit from Teacher Yu Yang's fame, so she chose a similar pronunciation; since “hai” means the sea and is greater than “yu,” meaning rain, she deliberately changed the name this way. In the less than two years since the change, the company's performance has not improved; it is deeply in debt, and the house has been mortgaged three times. You really should not work for a company like this.

The boss often does not keep her word or later completely denies what she said. She also makes grand promises to boost morale, but the business results never improve. Even if they do improve, how much you receive depends on whether she is in the mood. Company policies are changed whenever she feels like it. Do not believe anything she has ever said.
