1. The overtime is severe. When there is no project, it is not too bad, and you can leave about an hour after the end of the workday. For one project, I worked from 7:30 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. the next day. And it is not just junior employees—the department managers also work excessive overtime.

2. The salary is low, and there is no overtime pay. Planning companies elsewhere pay at least 3K more than here.

3. Senior management does not agree among themselves, resulting in frequent changes in direction.
