At the Prince Housing student residence, employees receive NT$300 Far Eastern Department Store gift vouchers for the Mid-Autumn Festival and Dragon Boat Festival. The year-end bonus is prorated based on the number of months worked. For example, after completing 11 months of employment, at least one month of the part-time work period and the three-month probationary period after becoming a regular employee must be deducted; the monthly salary is divided by 12 months and multiplied by 7.
The supervisor is from Prince Construction, and it is unclear whether the employee salary and benefits are dispatched by Prince Apartment Building Management.
