An interview at a large company, yet it was clearly extremely unprofessional. Basically, as long as you’re not too old and have working hands and feet, you should be able to get into this company.

The company’s base salary is extremely low—just over 20,000. I don’t know whether that’s legal. You have to rely on overtime to raise your earnings.

For the production line’s day shift, you work two days and take two days off, 12 hours a day, with 15 days off per month. The salary doesn’t reach 30,000. If you work overtime on your days off, you get 10 days off per month and at most a little over 30,000. The hourly wage may be lower than at a convenience store.

The night shift’s base salary, number of working days, and hours are the same, and the pay isn’t particularly high either. Even with maximum overtime, it’s only a little over 50,000 at most. (Everything mentioned above includes allowances and refers to the actual salary received after miscellaneous fees and other deductions.) The work pressure is very high regardless of whether you work the day or night shift. The night shift additionally damages your health—it’s basically selling your health for money. All I can say is, if you’re really short of money, you can work the night shift; just don’t take the day shift, because the pay is lower than at a convenience store.
