I don't know why staffing is always scheduled just right. As soon as someone takes leave, employees from other stations are brought in to fill the gaps here and there, yet staffing is still insufficient.

The A1 supervisor's work ability is not strong. She only knows how to loudly scold employees, making them feel afraid in order to highlight her own strength. However, anyone with eyes can see that she is not capable at her job. She often scolds people indiscriminately—whether they are right or wrong. What exactly is her problem? This authoritarian management style will only make employees feel dissatisfied and want to resign.

Also, when a foreign worker put the wrong materials in place (other materials had been scheduled to be processed first, but the local employee failed to hand over the information, causing the foreign worker to put the other materials in place first), the supervisor questioned and scolded the worker for nearly an hour. Instead of dealing with the issue promptly, she just kept scolding the employee for nearly an hour, while the materials remained inside the machine. Clearly, this supervisor has a serious problem ==
