Taipei company: Friendly colleagues, a high degree of freedom, and willing to pay good salaries. It can be a company to stay with until retirement—stable, with bonuses provided at year-end and all three major holidays.
The company's operating rules are stuck in the old-fashioned Taiwanese management style from 30 years ago, with many unnecessary procedures. There is a generational gap among employees. When work gets busy, it can become extremely busy, making time pass very quickly; overtime is semi-routine. This company is not suitable for people who want to seek innovation and change or proactively pioneer new initiatives.
