雲門舞集舞蹈教室_雲門國際事業股份有限公司
Pros

The children’s smiles, the dance teachers’ kindness, and the colleagues at the affiliated branch are all good.

Cons

The supervisor is moody and constantly changes instructions. The colleagues are very arrogant; whenever I asked them about something I didn’t know, they would roll their eyes at me and scold me. Every day was an ordeal, and I was constantly on edge.

When the supervisor made a mistake, she would pretend nothing had happened and brush it off. The colleagues who got along well with her would also act as though it were no big deal. But when anyone other than those two made a mistake, it would be magnified and harshly criticized.

Whenever you make a mistake, you will be ruthlessly berated, regardless of whether any parents are present.

After I had worked there for two or three months, the supervisor suddenly told me near the end of the month that she wanted me to switch to a part-time student worker position the following month, saying that she felt I was not a good work partner and that I should just work as a student employee. There were only two days left before the beginning of the next month—is this really an appropriate way to notify someone? She felt I was not a good partner? From the time I joined the company until I left, I never received proper SOP training. There were no established procedures, overtime was assigned at short notice, the pay was low, and the workload and pressure were unbearable. The supervisor spent all day losing her temper with new employees! This was extremely serious workplace bullying.

Long-time employees bully newcomers simply because they have been there longer. Absolutely awful!

If you want to build up your ability to withstand pressure, come here and train!

I thought Cloud Gate was a prestigious brand, but I never expected it to have this kind of work environment!

At a review meeting after one trial class, the supervisor actually said that children with Asperger’s syndrome should not be allowed to attend classes. I still remember the extremely offensive analogy she used at the time: “We don’t want one rotten apple to spoil the whole barrel.”

At that moment, I genuinely felt that there was something seriously wrong with a supervisor who discriminates against people like that yet could remain at Cloud Gate for so long.

The Cloud Gate brand is truly being completely tarnished by these people.
