1. Before the interview, HR emails applicants electronic forms to complete, so on the interview day you only need to take a logic test and a personality description test.
2. Convenient transportation: Exit 6 or 7 of Songjiang Nanjing Station is a five-minute walk or less from the company.
3. HR staff ranging from junior to senior are all friendly and professional.
1. I interviewed for an editor position at a platform within the CommonWealth Magazine Group. The interview was conducted by a director and an HR representative who appeared to be highly experienced.
2. During the interview, the director asked how I would describe my personality. I found this rather baffling because, when a normal person goes to an interview, they will of course talk about their positive qualities—who would tell the truth? It felt very unprofessional.
3. This is just my personal impression: Throughout the interview, I could sense the company’s dull and conservative atmosphere. The director’s questions were quite weak and failed to get to the point, leaving me feeling that we simply had nothing to say to each other.
4. The receptionist was very rude. When I arrived, they casually pointed with their hand and said, “Sit at the small round table outside first.”
