None—just a bunch of naive people who talk nonsense all day and live off dreams.
They deceive you extensively. Everyone actively tries to establish an emotional connection with you and emotionally blackmails you under the guise of concern. Basically, everything they tell you during the interview and second-round interview is scripted rhetoric, deliberately crafted to create an illusion—for example, claims such as “this is a rare opportunity,” “not everyone gets a chance,” or “the competition is fierce” are all deliberately staged.
As for the salary, claims about a base salary plus bonuses are also lies. From the very beginning, this company never intended to pay a base salary. The job-bank listing was only meant to attract people. After you actually join, the company first draws you in with a manufactured cheerful atmosphere, then has each colleague build a relationship with you so they can report back to their superiors and discuss how to target your needs and slowly blackmail you into staying. Throughout the process, they continuously brainwash you with scripted rhetoric, making you feel that you should fight for yourself and then persuade the manager to let you work under a commission-only arrangement without receiving a base salary. There is also no labor or health insurance and no subsidies; you have to cover all expenses yourself, including the wear and tear from riding your motorcycle to the workplace every day.
In short, everything inside is scripted rhetoric, and they are all deceiving you. It is disgusting that they use this method to evade the Labor Standards Act.
