> Close to the MRT station
> Cheap cafeteria / lots of restaurants
> Met some pretty good colleagues
> Snack cabinet and all-you-can-drink beverages
> Can learn about things from... different fields
>......Can't think of anything else
Here to warn people, but if you can put up with it, then of course none of the following applies
> First of all, there is a gap between the position you applied for and the duties you are expected to perform 🙄
> The boss expects you to learn everything, so that you can fill in when someone takes leave
> The company's entire operating model is problematic, and the department heads do not seem to get along
> The boss likes to listen to gossip from others to determine whether you are working seriously
> The company's requirements for work efficiency are unreasonable. The same standards are applied to departments with completely different types of work, with no flexibility whatsoever
> The boss pretends to know things they do not understand. Even after explaining it to them, I don't know whether they couldn't take it in or simply didn't understand; they even think subordinates are arguing back
> Criticizes your dreams and methods, believing that the company's work and their way of doing things are the most important and correct things in the entire world
> Has no clear direction, so it's easy to do work for nothing. They demand that employees immediately produce whatever comes to mind; halfway through, they change their mind or cancel the whole thing
> You can actually leave work on time, but then you'll be asked why you didn't work overtime, or get sabotaged by another department
> If they don't like you, they'll make things difficult for you in every possible way to force you to resign, and tell other employees, “If you can't cooperate with my ideas, then leave!”
Okay, thank you so much 😊
> When someone really is about to resign, they can't bear to let go of those “obedient and compliant employees whose salaries don't need to be too high”

Less serious issues
> Don't come to work on typhoon days! There's no double pay! Whether you get paid for not coming in depends on the boss's mood~
> No overtime pay even when you work overtime ^^
> Being late means a deduction from your pay. You have to report it, and you'll also be loudly nagged at
> The company computer crashes all the time. Remember to save your files, or you'll cry
> You have to write a work log every day, and it can't be too short or the boss will get upset. Even if you have to make things up, write a lot
> The boss comes to the office to wander around every day, but somehow can't tell whether everyone is working seriously
> You must sit up straight and look energetic, or you'll be in for criticism
