The advantages here are the extremely high degree of freedom.

The boss doesn’t micromanage.

The people at the partner companies are also very nice

and very willing to teach.

However, there are no professionals here,

so if you want to learn anything, you can only rely on the vendors.

Actually, the long-time employees here have very poor professional skills,

but they also love using their age and seniority to pressure others.

When you do things their way and mistakes occur, they pretend nothing happened.

This is the part of working here that made me feel very uncomfortable.

Having to deal with coworkers’ emotions also makes work unpleasant.

As for the company’s managers, they actually know about the problems but remain silent.

The company is also unfriendly toward female designers.

The boss’s wife once told me, “It would have been better to hire a man in the first place,”

because I was pregnant.

But in fact, I never took any leave for prenatal checkups because of my pregnancy.

I always used holidays or went after work.

But these are ultimately just my personal feelings.

So they may not be relevant to you if you are going for an interview.

However, please be very careful not to sign a fixed-term employment contract.

This is actually a violation of the Labor Standards Act,

but the boss’s wife knew that and still wanted to skirt the boundaries of the law.

This is the only thing I was dissatisfied with.
