Both this site and the Hsinchu plant are Pfizer, but the two systems are different.

Employees have to pay for the cafeteria (I say this because Pfizer is the most profitable pharmaceutical company in the world—do they really need to nickel-and-dime employees over the cost of meals?).
Leave cannot be taken by the hour; the minimum unit is half a day (this is the first time I’ve seen a foreign company be so penny-pinching).
