No one manages you
The working environment is very poor. Dust and toxic welding fumes circulate inside the facility and cannot be expelled. You will start feeling unwell after less than two days of work. There are hardly any benefits. Lunch is at your own expense, and there are no holiday bonuses or year-end bonuses either (during the interview, they say there is a year-end bonus of half a month to 1.5 months, but in fact they have not paid a year-end bonus for 2–3 years). Any relevant benefits that are supposed to be provided are given only to the boss’s relatives and favorites. On the surface, they say benefits are provided based on performance, but when you ask for them, they say you have not been employed long enough and are not eligible. Once you have sufficient seniority, they say your performance is not good enough. It is entirely based on the boss’s personal subjective judgment, with no evidence whatsoever!!!!
Most outrageously, the dust in the working environment contains “asbestos.” Job seekers, unless you think your health is worth only NT$30,000, stay away!!!!
