You can experience what a terrible job is like at this company.
This is basically a temp agency.
The title “assistant engineer” and similar titles are just for appearances.
In reality, once you join, you are paid by the day. The daily wage is ridiculously low, NT$1,200–1,300 per day.
The overtime pay is exactly NT$200.
Other temp agencies offer daily wages starting at NT$1,500, with overtime pay of NT$350.
You can also be fired by the client at any time.
It is possible that you may be moved to a different work environment several times in one month. (The company has more than 30 clients, so it can withdraw you from or change your work location at any time—whenever it feels like it.)
The worksite environment is also very chaotic.
Extremely chaotic.
