Pros
The company environment is pretty good, and it offers all the basic benefits, plus additional bonuses and perks (such as massages, group meals, and monthly birthday celebrations). The interview process was very pleasant.
Cons
The number of projects sounds like a lot, which suddenly made me feel that I need to prepare myself mentally.
