No need to clock in or out for work
No need to develop new customers, because there are never enough hours to handle all the customer complaints
I heard the customary three seasonal bonuses are provided
The year-end bonus is at least one month’s salary; apparently there is also a NT$1,000 Lunar New Year bonus
Because I didn’t last even a month
A 30-year-old company; the employees and equipment are aging along with it
It only provides OEM processing for other companies in the same industry, but the quality is not up to standard and it can only handle rough processing
Manual processing is often handled by only a few people, and sometimes by just one person
More than half of the employees are waiting to retire and have no desire to put in much effort
The company has no quality assurance department, so all it can do is ask the contractors to pay more attention
There are sales assistants, but they often create problems for you, and then the sales staff have to handle the customer complaints
The company is also unwilling to hire more people or dismiss underperforming employees
Everyone protects their own livelihood; no matter who is at fault, the sales staff ultimately have to clean up the mess
The base salary is NT$24,000, plus a NT$3,000 allowance for using your own car. There is limited room to pursue performance-based earnings; at most, the monthly total including base salary is NT$50,000
The stable income is about NT$40,000—a job that will not leave you starving, but will not provide much either. If you like stability and handling customer complaints, you can give it a try
In addition, the sales manager is slow to think and will not explain or handle everything all at once
They only do whatever comes to mind at the moment, often forget what they have said, and then blame you for not mentioning, asking about, or doing it
