1. The vice president of the "Finance Department" has poor emotional control and often flies into a rage over trivial matters. When there is nothing else to do, they like to monitor what people in other departments are doing. They bring their child to work, and the child even runs around the company. What kind of privilege is that?

2. The manager applies double standards: things they do themselves are not allowed for subordinate employees. If they think you have too much free time, they exploit your time or increase your workload, demanding high standards of subordinates while taking it easy themselves.
