No pros
1. There are more women than men in the office.
2. They are unfriendly toward newcomers.
3. Colleagues are also unfriendly toward newcomers.
4. As soon as newcomers start working, all the work is dumped on them. If it is not finished, they have to work overtime, but they get lectured if they submit an overtime form, so they can only take compensatory leave instead.
5. The office is rather old.
6. They emphasize efficiency, but the computers are very outdated, constantly crash, and run slowly; nevertheless, they blame newcomers for having poor efficiency.
7. During the interview, they agreed that there would be no overtime, but after starting work, overtime was required.
8. Including the owner and the owner's wife, there are 18 people in the office.
Overall, they simply do not give newcomers any time to adapt to the environment and expect them to produce results immediately. Colleagues say that if it were them, they could finish it in two days~
If you want to join, you need to be mentally prepared. Good luck. During the interview, everything sounds very nice, but once you actually join...
It is truly a small, old company that exploits newcomers. If you are thinking of joining this company, please think it through carefully~
