Pros
1- More than 10 employees
2- They tell you on the spot whether you were hired
Cons
1- The wait for the interview was too long
2- Before you have even been hired, they unexpectedly ask you to bring the original copies of relevant documents and want to photocopy them
3- There is a discrepancy between the advertised job duties and the duties actually performed
