Pros
The boss and his wife don't come into the company.
Cons
The timing of enrollment in labor and health insurance is uncertain. The boss's wife really likes to make sarcastic remarks, and the turnover rate is extremely high.
They say they like ambitious employees, but in reality they only like employees who flatter them and do as they're told.
They like to open stores randomly and then close them down.
