The interviewer at the beginning was very nice. It was mostly just a conversation.
The interviewer later on smiled while making cutting remarks. I hadn’t researched the name and mission of their foundation well enough (even if you won’t ultimately be working under the foundation, you still need to know it very clearly), and she mocked me with a smile, apparently thinking that I had made no preparations as an interviewee. But the point is that the interviewer at the beginning said the second interview would just be a casual chat; they never said they would ask such detailed questions. Moreover, if they were already making so many cutting remarks during the interview, I can only imagine what it would be like after joining.
At the beginning, I was asked to introduce myself, but I was interrupted with questions after I had only spoken the first part. She also complained that there wasn’t much information in my résumé and could only keep asking questions to get information (several times). It was really contradictory: the interviewer at the beginning had not communicated this, and then, several days later during the second interview, the other interviewer complained about it incessantly. It seemed as though the two of them had never communicated properly.
