There are two stages of interviews. During the interview process, they ask in detail about the work involved in each stage of my previous work experience, as well as my specific performance results and areas of expertise. They also ask about my understanding of the company’s brand and products. The interviewing manager provides a fairly detailed introduction to the company. In addition, based on the position I am interviewing for, I am asked to submit a proposal. Overall, what stood out most was that the manager spent a great deal of time explaining the company’s history and the differences between its product development and that of other companies. I gained quite a lot from the experience.
