Not much pressure
There was no contract. Ten days after starting the job, I discovered that the company had not enrolled me in National Health Insurance! After urgently requesting that the company enroll me, I found that the company had enrolled me in Labor and Health Insurance using the lowest contribution bracket. I therefore continued to request that the company adjust my enrollment to the contribution bracket corresponding to my salary.
Afterward, the boss lowered my salary without warning. Because I had not signed a contract in the first place, I did not know how to file a complaint.
All wages were paid in cash, raising the possibility of tax evasion.
A truly terrible boss and company.
