The turnover rate is extremely high. I worked there for about ten months, and during that time, seven or eight sales employees came and went, unable to stay for long. There were no employee gatherings at all, just one spring banquet, and no film screenings. Employees were frequently required to provide support on Saturdays and Sundays without overtime pay. The boss often said that two people were enough for the sales department and made insulting remarks about employees, such as saying they were terrible and should fend for themselves.
