Couldn't find any pros!!

There are so many cons that I don't know which one to write first!! All I can say is, if you are hoping to be invited to an interview—or proactively contacted—about positions in marketing, PR, digital marketing, design, and similar fields, do not, under any circumstances, foolishly go there. If you occasionally check the job listings on 104, you will discover that this company has never stopped looking for marketing, PR, and design staff, because people in these three types of positions stay for at most two months, and some leave after just one day. So people come and go, and no one stays. What is the reason?? Apparently, it lies with the CEO (general manager): their ideas constantly change, their explanations keep shifting, and their mood is unpredictable. From time to time, they shout loudly in the office, frequently frightening people who are focused on their work. It is even more dramatic than a local soap opera!! I urge anyone who thinks they might be the exception to think carefully, because there is no such thing as an exception—unless you are a relative of the investor. If not… please do not even think that it would do no harm to give it a try. Otherwise, you will once again begin a brief encounter that ends only in a waste of your life!! Heh heh heh~
