Pros

The director might treat everyone to a meal on the day they return to the office from a business trip (rather than treating everyone to a meal, it would be better to improve the company’s equipment).

Although there was no clock-in system or record of working hours, my salary was not ultimately undercounted (overtime pay = 0; the number of working days was not undercounted).

Cons

1. No one tells you anything on your first day of work. They didn’t even tell you the front-door password until the second day, when I couldn’t get in and had to ask.

2. The company’s shared data area is a complete mess (not organized at all), and there is also a possibility that you won’t be able to upload files because there is insufficient storage capacity.

3. The company owner = director = loves cutting costs. The official website’s domain was canceled long ago, yet there is still an information page with the old address even though the company moved long ago.

4. The computer system was locked because it was using pirated software, and an entire day was spent reinstalling everything.

5. The director is always right and thinks employees should know everything they need to know, while withholding information themselves (the client said not to, but they never said so).

6. Flexible working hours = a responsibility-based system.

The company supposedly gets off work very early = more than half of the employees are still there at 7:30 p.m. = more than two employees are still there at 10 p.m.

7. Labor insurance was not enrolled from the first day (for example, starting work on the 11th but not being enrolled until the 18th—is the company really that short of money?).

8. Because there is no clock-in system (flexible working hours), it is best to photograph the times you enter and leave through the front door (to prevent your wages from being undercounted).
