Cons
They keep a bunch of old-timers on high salaries, but all they have to do is make deliveries—or just watch TV. New hires are always stuck hauling refrigerators and washing machines upstairs, carrying them until they drop.
They only value seniority, not ability. If you’re looking for a secure job, go in and slowly coast your way through.
