An eight-crew rotating shift system. The salary and year-end bonus are both decent, and there isn’t too much overtime. It’s fairly stable, and you can learn technical skills, including CNC multi-axis machining.
There are far too many nepotism hires. You have to be prepared for people to be dissatisfied no matter how you work; even if you’re busy all day, those relatives of the boss still think you haven’t done anything.
Moreover, the person who complains the most is the boss’s son, who is also the laziest. He uses having a side job as an excuse, sleeps all day without consequence, pushes his work onto others, and complains even when someone leaves only a tiny bit of work for him.
At the same time, he is the person in the entire company most likely to damage things and then falsely blame others, and the boss will defend him one hundred percent.
The company’s biggest problem is the boss’s son and the people who flatter him.
