Pros
There are many eyes in the company that often keep tabs on your activities.
There is no year-end banquet, and certainly no spring banquet.
Cons
The atmosphere in the company is tense and heavy.
You cannot look at your phone without a reason.
Even when nothing is happening, you still need to pretend that something is.
