Pros

Flexible working hours

Convenient transportation

Good benefits

Nice work environment

Cons

I can raise my hand.

I left precisely because of the senior employees.

Apart from the comments below being entirely accurate,

my personal experience was that I had severe communication problems with my supervisor/team leader/senior PM, and felt deeply subjected to psychological bombardment. My supervisor strongly wanted to be informed of everything, so whenever something came to mind, they would urgently ask, repeatedly question, and interrogate me in various ways. They could not accept being corrected by others and were extremely particular about wording. If they did not receive the answer they wanted to hear, they would not let the matter drop.

I sought a professional psychological analysis: a lack of security led to a strong need for control (I’m serious—I even discussed this type of workplace situation with a friend who is a psychologist for a while).

The result was that I left before completing three months.

If you think you have good communication skills, can adapt and compromise, and can calm people with different ways of thinking, you’re welcome to come fight the monsters.

Note: The boss is reasonable and understands everyone’s circumstances and positions when conflicts arise. However, unless the situation is serious, they generally will not take any action beyond chatting.

Other aspects:

1. New-hire training is somewhat insufficient.

However, it is fairly normal for a small agency to leave new employees to explore and ask questions on their own.

If you expect comprehensive training,

you may want to think it over.

2. Administrative procedures are inconsistent.

The company does have its own regulations,

but the supervising managers each have their own versions,

which may sometimes be a little confusing.

(I had already somewhat given up trying to fix things, abandoning tasks and running away.

I hope this improves in the future.)

Speaking from my personal experience,

there is really far too much that could be said.

All I can say is that it is a good place to develop your skills and emotional intelligence.

As for putting down long-term roots... unless the senior employees leave.

Oh right, this is a company that requires you to sign a non-compete agreement.

(So many people still left after signing it... make your own judgment.)
