Pros
What a terrible company! It’s a family-run business where the owners keep all the money for themselves. Employees haven’t had a raise in nearly 10 years… It got even worse when the second generation took over… If you just want to pass the time, you can come work here.
Cons
The whole company needs to change… There are only long-term employees, and the salaries for younger employees are disproportionate.
