The water from the water purifier should be pretty clean.
The supervisor in charge of phone interviews has a bad temper and very little patience. They get angry after only a few sentences, and scold people for not following their way of training. We also followed all the scripts, but were repeatedly told verbally that we were not speaking well enough. It feels like they want us to resign on our own. On my first day at the headquarters, someone else started at the same time, and the entire department had only three people. I think the heavy psychological pressure is also one reason the salary is so high. There were more people making recruitment calls in the recruitment department earlier on. When a company has such a high turnover rate, there is clearly a problem: they spend all day calling people, then cannot retain them, and the cycle continues. I hope everyone will not be deceived by the high salary when applying!
