Willing to share new knowledge, with fairly good employee benefits, flexible working hours, and a very professional and capable boss.
The company is good overall, but there is serious office infighting. The boss is unable to rein in two senior employees, allowing them to make things difficult for newcomers. In addition, there is a hidden eunuch who shuttles between the senior employees and everyone else, fishing for information and setting traps, then reporting to the senior employees, one by one, the things others told him in confidence.
The turnover rate is very high, so please choose carefully.
