If you were dispatched to this company by Jia Shen, all I can say is that the dispatched staff provide good service!

But if you were interviewed by Jing Guan, they focus on educational background!

If you don't want any trouble, I suggest listing your education as general studies throughout!

If there is overtime, it is $200 for 1 hour and $250 for 3 hours.

I originally chose to work here because there was supposedly no overtime!

Let's start with the benefits everyone cares about!!

If you pass Jing Guan's interview, the following benefits apply~

There is a NT$1,000 perfect-attendance bonus and a NT$1,000 year-end bonus (after completing three months). Although annual leave is available, you can see it but can't take it—the company won't recognize your annual leave and will directly deduct it as personal leave!

Our daily pay here is NT$1,200. If you don't come in for one day, NT$1,200 is deducted. Sick leave isn't deducted at half pay; it is directly treated as personal leave!!

Taking unpaid leave won't affect the perfect-attendance bonus, nor will holidays or typhoon days. Only leave that you personally request will affect the perfect-attendance bonus!

Although the people there are easy to get along with, the supervisor is from the era of judging by appearance, while the senior employees are from the era of judging by ability!

As long as you look like Diao Chan, the supervisor will give you an easy time even if you have no ability~

The senior employees, on the other hand, are very bossy. Even if you are capable, if they tell you to slow down, you have to slow down; if they tell you to hurry, you have to hurry!

They really like doing easy work. They dump the difficult work on newcomers and then criticize the newcomers for doing it poorly!

But honestly, even if you ask them to do it, they can't—they're just better at talking!

They know how to act sweet in front of the boss, and the boss only knows them, so the boss actually can't see the situation clearly!

As for the work environment... well... I suggest bringing earplugs to work. Whenever payday is approaching, the boss will shout and curse loudly throughout the factory, venting all sorts of emotions. In fact, you can only blame the supervisor for not arranging the work properly: they don't do extra work during slow periods, and only start rushing around when things get busy!

This company is simply a family business. The only people they take care of are their family members. Someone who should be doing quality control but isn't acting like a quality-control worker instead has to do production-line QC. The supervisor only plays games and chats nonsense about Diao Chan; otherwise, he admits that he is narrow-minded and holds grudges, and his jokes at other people's expense are extremely low-class.
