Pros
The boss has a lot of ideas and is willing to give newcomers opportunities.
Cons
1. There are problems with the management team. The supervisors have poor management skills and are unable to effectively coordinate staffing and control project progress, so many projects cannot be completed.
2. The company has a high employee turnover rate, and new hires can often only take over the messes left behind by their predecessors.
