Traveling for work all day; if it ends early (which is very unlikely), you can go home and rest.
1. The boss has poor emotional intelligence and is arrogant, and is constantly nagging employees.
2. Overtime work is required without overtime pay (or compensatory time off); during the interview, they said Saturday work would not be required and that overtime would not receive overtime (meal) allowances. In reality, Saturday make-up work is required, and overtime still does not come with overtime (meal) allowances (or compensatory time off).
3. It is a small company (family business), and the managers are all family members (relatives).
