You can freely use any programming language for development
Cons
There is no air conditioning. Whether the air conditioning is turned on depends on the supervisor’s mood. Opening the windows is the natural way to cool down. This company really likes to waste money
which leads to delayed salary payments for employees, and it is possible that salaries may not be paid at all
