Marketing really isn’t easy. You have to constantly rack your brain and spark creativity, along with facing many high-pressure challenges—it’s truly not as easy as it may seem! I joined the company from a non-related academic background, and the pressure was immense at first. Although my boss and colleagues were all very patient in teaching me, I always hoped I could adapt and improve quickly. It was painful but fulfilling, and fortunately, I made it through. Now I can independently handle projects. I’m truly grateful that the company was willing to give me the opportunity to join, and for the help from my colleagues and boss. I’ve been able to grow so much because of them. If you’re genuinely interested in learning marketing, you might consider joining and challenging yourself. I hope that one day the newcomers who follow you can also become capable of handling projects independently.
The company operates under a responsibility-based system, and working hours are flexible, so whether overtime is required depends greatly on individual efficiency.
