Pros
Occasionally there are drinks available, but the chance is very small.
Cons
Many things do not comply with the Labor Standards Act. You cannot leave work on time; you have to wait until the boss leaves before you can leave. Work is distributed unevenly, and the boss prefers people who are obedient and do not have their own ideas.
