1. High employee turnover and inadequate handovers; one person is expected to do the work of several people and also handle the boss’s personal affairs.
2. Colleagues have no sense of solidarity and are unwilling to work together to solve problems, creating a cold atmosphere.
3. The boss’s mood fluctuates greatly and they call people outside working hours to lecture them, talking incessantly simply to vent their emotions.
4. The boss’s pay does not align with prevailing market salaries, using low wages to recruit talent while continuing to look for better options (living in their own world?).
5. The boss is eager for recognition and acts hastily, privately criticizing former employees in front of newcomers while simultaneously criticizing newcomers who are about to leave in front of former employees.
I resigned after working there for two weeks, and the boss did not pay my wages proportionally (even though I was still in the probationary period), which clearly violated the Labor Standards Act. Since I did not want any further dealings with this company (or this boss), I let the matter go. I only hope that job seekers who see this review will not waste any more time interviewing or working at this company.
