In 2018, from going to the interview and written test until leaving, it took 3 hours. A senior executive conducted the interview, reviewed the written test score, and even asked the person who graded the test to come out and explain the answers, which left me speechless.... I answered according to the practices of listed companies. What should have been tested was an understanding of accounting principles; each company has different practices. I felt it was too subjective. Job seekers’ time is equally valuable.....
