Beautiful environment
1. Although it is said to use a shift system, the team consists of only one employee and the boss, so the actual days off are extremely irregular. You need to work according to the company's needs, and working more than seven consecutive days is not uncommon. The scheduled eight days off per month actually amount to fewer than four.
2. The position is nominally an administrative assistant, but in practice, besides administrative duties, you also have to handle design, general affairs, warehouse management, shipping, and teaching assistance. For design work, you may also be required to handle the printing process yourself. If the company warehouse needs organizing, you are basically expected to figure out how to handle it yourself.
The monthly salary for all of the above responsibilities is less than NT$30,000.
3. As mentioned above, because the work is diverse and the position is governed by a responsibility-based system, working overtime past midnight is routine.
(Of course, the boss will not force you to work overtime, but you will be reprimanded if the work is not finished.)
4. You need to have a thick skin; otherwise, you will not be able to cope with the large number of last-minute add-ons and the boss's sudden whims. Be mentally prepared to serve as a Doraemon.
