Colleagues have high standards and are very harsh. They make very over-the-top jokes, and if you can't adapt to this, you'll suffer so much that you'll question your life. Other things include having to run to open the door, strict cleanliness requirements, cleaning the restroom every day, and being very strict and using very harsh language when scolding people. The only advantage is probably that you can leave work a little after 5 p.m.!
