The female supervisor whose surname is Lin has a very arrogant attitude. On my first day at work, she did not teach me everything from beginning to end; she only gave a rough verbal explanation and then expected me to work independently right away. She kept saying, “If you don’t understand, ask,” but when I asked, she would say, “Wasn’t all of this already taught?” She openly acted as though she found me annoying, making a sour face and leaning both hands on the desk like a gangster while speaking to me in an extremely rude tone.
She dumped a pile of documents on me—more than would fit in an A4 box—and told me to finish them within two hours, yet also asked me to go move things with her. By the time we finished moving them and I returned to the work, more than two hours had already passed. Then she sarcastically asked, “You’re only done now?” She also kept taunting me, saying that among all the new employees who had come through, I was the slowest and the worst.
She is seriously unreasonable. On the very first day at work, she expected me to be just as capable as an experienced employee, while giving me no proper instruction and dumping a pile of work on me with a deadline. Yet she also told me to go move things. How exactly was I supposed to finish the work while moving things? The female supervisor whose surname is Lin is only good at talking; she is the most incompetent person I have ever encountered.
